Build
Two-week sprints with a written demo and status update at the end of each one. Continuous deployment to a staging environment from day one — you can poke at the working software at any time.
Quality Assurance
Automated test suites, manual QA across browsers and devices, accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1 AA), and a full security review before release.
Launch
Coordinated production rollout, on-call coverage during the first 72 hours, training sessions for your team, and complete written documentation handed over with the keys.
Care
Optional monthly care plan: monitoring, security patching, minor enhancements, and roadmap planning with your product team. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
